For your convenience, you may submit your meeting or special event request online. In order to complete and submit the form, you must be prepared to provide the following information: - The name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address of your organization
- The name of the person(s) responsible for planning your meeting or event
- Number of guest rooms required along with the preferred arrival and departure dates
- Meeting/Event start and end dates along with estimated number of attendees
- Estimated budget for your events
After submitting your request, a representative from our Sales Department will contact you within 48 hours, or the next business day if your request is received on a weekend.
